Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with it, we will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted goods less the cost of sending the item to you when the items are returned to us, in their original packaging with 14 days from date of delivery.
Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily refund your item including all postage when it is returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
How to Return Products
Please contact us to obtain a returns form, which you will need to print and fill out. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form.
Please note that your return must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All returns will be examined upon receipt and we will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.
We do not accept returns on sale items except where required by law.
